For Educational files, The documents must first be confirmed by the Education and learning Department/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the worried State Government/Union Area. The authentication has to be done with the name and also classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

For Non-Educational papers, House Division or General Management Department (GAD) of the issuing State Government/Union Area is the marked authorities to carry out the key attestation. The attestation has to be made with the name and also designation seal in addition to the seal of the Department.
