For Non-Educational papers, Home Division or General Administration Division (GAD) of the issuing State Government/Union Region is the assigned authorities to embark on the key attestation. The attestation must be done with the name and classification seal as well as the seal of the Department.

Commercial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the corresponding Chambers of Business. The stamp of the respective Chamber of Commerce need to be affixed on each paper along with the name & designation of accredited signatory.

Action 2-- Apostille of Files
