Just original files duly authenticated by the assigned authorities of the State Federal governments as well as provided Indian Apostille stamp by the Ministry of External Matters (MEA). Apostille Treatment:
Apostille from MEA can be done after attestation from relevant State Govt. authorities. Apostille Certificate Attestation procedure is required when an individual need legalization of his record to be made use of in a participant country of Hague Convention. The procedure of Apostille of certificates from Ministry of External Matters (MEA) of Federal government of India can be done on all Indian Certifications.

Action 1-- Authentication of Records
All initial documents/copies calling for Apostille/attestation from MEA must be first confirmed by the marked authorities of the State/Union Area where the record is released.

For Educational papers, The papers must initially be confirmed by the Education Division/ Human Resource Growth (HRD) of the concerned State Government/Union Region. The verification has to be done with the name as well as classification seal along with the seal of the Division.

For Non-Educational papers, Home Department or General Administration Department (GAD) of the releasing State Government/Union Territory is the marked authorities to embark on the main attestation. The attestation must be made with the name as well as classification seal in addition to the seal of the Department.

Industrial DocumentsThese are to be pre-authenticated by the respective Chambers of Commerce. The rubber stamp of the respective Chamber of Business should be fastened on each file in addition to the name & designation of authorized signatory.

Action 2-- Apostille of Files
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) thereafter, legalizes/Apostille the documents on the basis of the signature of the marked authorities of the State Government/Union Territory/Chambers of Business and also fastens Apostille Sticker label on the opposite of the Original documents.
